300,000 plus celebrated Halloween in Santa Monica Boulevard, West Hollywood (largest in the world). special events, costume contests and the world-famous costume party. Americans go all out…in terms of money and gayness. I was shocked too see the effort put in to what people wore that night, it was awesome…i was also shocked to see mario and luigi hook up. people say Halloween is just an excuse for girls to dress skanky like britney. Halloween in NZ is really just for kids, here in the US they all do it.good times
